Support the design of end-to-end services to our B2B users
-
Keep the user at the center of your thinking and solve for their needs.

Operate at different levels of zoom – being able to see the big picture of service design and delivery, while also being able to focus on the detail of interactions and moments that define the experience.

Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in context of business and user goals.
-
Work remotely alongside product managers, designers, engineers, and partners across the globe throughout all stages of the design and delivery cycle.
-
Present design work to multiple teams and senior leadership for review and feedback.
-
Lead in creating user interface design and development using best practices and standards including story boards, user journeys, wireframes and user interface designs.
-
Bring experience of delivering iterative improvements to existing products and services over time, to deliver incremental and continuing value to users.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
-
6 years of experience in UX Design across a range of platforms and touchpoints
-
Relevant qualification in UX Design and or User Interface design, or equivalent design-related experience.
-
Experience working with collaborative teams and working directly with developers, product owners and third parties for implementation of designs.
-
You will also have led some design teams and projects of your own
-
Experience using best practices for desktop interface design, as well as knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
-
Knowledge of accessibility-related guidelines and standards including WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience, or a strong interest, in orchestrating coherent and valuable customer experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints, over time
-
Ability to deal with ambiguity, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Relentless focus on the user.
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-
Proficiency with Sketch and Abstract will be helpful but not essential
