Service Designer

The position is available to be filled full-time and permanently with immediate effect .

What awaits you on your mission

• As part of the Experience Design team, you are responsible for ensuring that digital products and processes are iteratively designed from the customer or user perspective
• As a design thinker, you are the first point of contact for processes and methods within innovation and product development, you can translate complex projects into concrete work steps and you always know which tools and methods are used in the respective phase of the process
• You plan and lead workshops within the projects (e.g. product discovery) with various participants and stakeholders
• You are responsible for the strategy, creation and conception of the holistic customer and user experience of digital products in the context of the Audi ecosystem
• You develop and present CX strategies as well as concepts and customer journeys within concrete ideas and services
• You are responsible for the conception and implementation of customer studies and create the necessary test materials such as hypotheses and prototypes
• You carry out analyzes of customer needs, trends, innovations, technologies and competitors and derive strategic recommendations for action
• You work in an interdisciplinary team together with colleagues from the areas of business strategy, research, software development and design

What you bring with you

• Degree in the area of ​​product development, strategy, innovation management, design or similar.
• Relevant professional experience in the area of ​​service design or digital product and innovation development with end-to-end responsibility
• Extensive knowledge of customer-centric and agile working methods
• High level of creativity, future orientation and ability to abstract
• Strong analytical skills
• Deep understanding of processes and methods in the innovation, design, business & IT environment
• Strong knowledge of prototyping at different levels of development
• Confident use of visualization tools and strong presentation skills
• Fluent German and English skills as well as communicative and diplomatic demeanor
