To do this, you will have to:

  • Support the teams in the continuous improvement of the customer experience (Definition of the best customer solutions to develop, implementation of new tools necessary for their activity such as “Customer journey maps”, joint management with the User Experience teams , User Interface and HTLM models to structure information on digital solutions);
  • Pilot the quantitative and qualitative analysis of customer needs (Interview with the customer, benchmark and competitive intelligence, analysis of studies carried out, performance of user tests, proposals for recommendations);
  • Define and monitor performance indicators (Construction of key indicators (KPIs) of the customer experience in the service of commercial performance, verification of the profitability of the solutions developed);
  • Identify functional improvement tracks across all customer channels (Applications, products and services, sales supports and techniques) and pilot their implementation (Analysis of information architecture and user journeys, prototyping of solutions, support for the deployment of these solutions).

Desired profile

Graduated with a BAC + 5 in sociology, psychology, cognitive sciences, design, ergonomics, or even in marketing! You have a solid experience of at least 5 years in supporting the customer in his user journey on different types of channels (digital, customer call center…).

  • Do you have a strong customer culture and do you master the techniques used to formalize routes and prototypes?
  • Have you already led projects with a strong dynamic of support for change?
  • Your interpersonal skills have always allowed you to clearly identify the needs of users?
  • Autonomous in your area of ​​expertise, do you like working in conjunction with various internal or external stakeholders?
  • Do you know how to show agility to adapt to different types of interlocutors?
  • Expert in your field and always on the lookout for new innovations, do you like to pass on your experience in supporting clients?
