UX & Service Designer

All members of the Design competence area have a significant impact on the (User) Experience of any of our solutions. As Designers you are at home where purpose, simplicity and delight are making people’s lives more enjoyable and convenient.

Service Designer

Your skills allow you to become a spokesperson of the people that will be using our design. You enable our Teams to understand the real challenges of real people in the real world. Because of you, the Design world is reinventing the concept of experience – UX now includes the before and after. You have the ability to explain the “why”, suggest the “how” and validate the “what”.

UX Designer

Your skills allow you to create highly usable and purposeful interfaces for our solutions. Your contribution enables clients to take our design into use with greatest ease and clarity. Service Design is your best friend, because you enjoy connecting the dots and bring our solutions to life. Your toolkit includes what is needed to create and communicate solutions to identified goals.

Specialists

No silos! While we expect Designers to always have a broader view on Design than the above mentioned, you too are special! As a Designer you will surely have focused, motivation driven skills in certain Design disciplines. We want your skills, and we want you to be open to share them with us and to learn new ones too. At this time we are also interested in specialists for areas such as design prototyping, responsive design and layouts, visual design and iconography.

Qualifications

Our work is primarily digital. A Designers toolkit today is filled with proficiencies of common applications like Creative Suite, sketchapp, InVision and alike. Eventually, you will learn what you need and more. What every Designer needs is the ability to understand people and what prevents them from achieving their goals – close or far. We are able to create and communicate the solutions that enable people to live the lives they desire.

As a professional Designer we expect you hold a BA or MA degree in a relevant Design discipline and a track record of achievements from work experiences. You will be able to show us examples of your work through a portfolio or live existing products and services. In your application we are looking for a clear and concise description of your goals and aspirations as a Design professional.
