As a Senior Service Designer, you are part of the Customer Pathways team in the Personal Customer Business, whose main task is to take care of what the customer’s everyday life looks like now and in the future.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- You identify key areas for development in terms of customer experience
- You translate customer understanding into concrete service and process development proposals
- You design concepts and services that are useful to the user and impact the business.
- You visualize service paths and support development teams in building user-centric service solutions
- You plan and facilitate workshops with customers, users and stakeholders
- You will work closely with different business functions and technology
- You contribute to building design thinking in the organization together with your colleagues
We expect from the applicant:
Interest in customer-oriented development and readiness for continuous change!
You have:
- Strong experience in customer-oriented design and service development
- At least five years of experience in service design, user journey design and/or digital product and service design
- Ability to combine user needs, business and technical constraints
- Experience in facilitating workshops and multidisciplinary co-development
- Good collaboration skills with both internal and external partners
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills
- Fluent use of Figma, Miro or similar tools
- Interest in AI-assisted service design
- Ability to work independently and lead design work even in uncertain situations
