Service Designer

We are looking for an experienced service designer for our growing team!

What would it sound like to bring your service design expertise to a couple of people-oriented and socially impactful projects? Have you considered how social and health care services and patient care pathways could be developed? Namely, we are lit up on these issues on a daily basis and we would like to have more sparring club for our service design team NHG. Would that be you?

We are looking for experienced service designers to influence the implementation of future social and health services and the customer experience. You have a passion for building an entity based on the needs and goals of both staff and patients in social and health care. At the heart of your work are methods of qualitative and quantitative research, the involvement of different stakeholders, joint planning and the conception of services. We consider graphic skills as well as English and Swedish language skills to be the suggested benefits.

We miss the following features:

• Self-guided grip for making. You will be able to design and implement service design projects involving a variety of healthcare stakeholders.
• Diamond concept of quality. You recognize the right phenomena and their backgrounds, you can perceive and brainstorm even complex entities and produce the necessary results from them. Graphic skills definitely a plus.
• Humanistic conception of man. As an experienced designer, you do your work primarily through understanding people’s goals, motives, and emotions.
• Knowledge and experience of projects in the Sote industry. You don’t have to be a cooked veteran at the heart of specialist care, but you’ve already gained experience in the field for several projects.
• You have several years of experience working as a service designer, a suitable degree and you are not afraid of working closely in a consulting company.
