Service Designer

Your role will be solving various service design challenges for our clients, from deepening our understanding of users as well as creating concepts and services that fulfil their needs. We mostly work with digital services such as web stores, digital products, new customer service concepts – to name just a few. We take a holistic approach on service design and hope your insight and experience go beyond the digital world.

What do we expect from you?

• You are familiar with user-centric design with its various tools and practices. You are able to include both our clients and their end-users or customers in the design process.
• You enjoy working with clients and users. Interviews, workshops and co-designing with users are at the core of your expertise. You are able to facilitate workshops and apply modern co-working methods to them with proven results.
• You are always looking to develop your skills and expertise even further. You choose your methods to best fit the task at hand and are not afraid of trying out new tools or ways of working.
• You have experience in and understanding of building brands and developing services. Your strengths might lie in one or the other, but you understand the connection and value of both.
• You bring strong insight to the team with your ability to conceptualize: you can build high-level concepts, but are also able to take them into practice in detailed designs.
• You are familiar with the most common marketing technologies and their possibilities as service design tools. With this knowledge, you are able to bring value to our clients.
