Junior Service Designer

We are looking for a junior service designer to join our B2B organization and help us in our road to become even more customer-centric!
You will assist our service designers perform customer research and form value adding and actionable insights. As part of the team you will design functional and desirable digital services based on customer understanding. Through your education you are skilled in human-centric design practices and service design methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in service design projects that improve our B2B business operations
- Assist in customer research tasks, both interviews and customer surveys
- Assist in organizational and process development projects that turn our business operations lean and customer value adding
What are we looking for?
- Recently graduated service designer
- Excited to work with people and assist service designers to facilitate workshops and communicate findings
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Bonus points
- UX Design skills
- Customer research experience
