Core Responsibilities
- Take on role as Service Designer for “briefing” and “order capture” of comm’s development work as an organizational capability.
- Take product ownership of the “Commission Brief” enterprise data object (EDO).
- Co-drive the detailed scoping of the product in terms of number and types of briefs covered and “jobs to be done” delivered by the product, based on mapping the AS IS and creating a product vision supporting future ways of working.
- Connecting short- and medium-term digital technology needs to the long-term vision for a “Digital Asset Creation & Management” eco-system.
- Work closely with colleagues from across the Marketing Value Chain (especially but not exclusively OLA – Our LEGO Agency) to identify process improvement opportunities and embed these in a product vision and road map. This includes contributing to design and implementation (change management) of new processes and new ways of working.

Global Digital Asset Distribution (GDAD) is a small team sitting at the heart of the efforts to further digitize the LEGO Group and enabling process automation primarily within the (online) sales and marketing processes.
We are part of the “Innovation Enablement” digital product organization within the Product Management Development organization.
We work closely with marketing teams briefing campaigns, assets, and content from across the wider LEGO organization.
Do you have what it takes? The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree within Marketing or Engineering with practical Agency and/or Marketing Technology experience, who have worked within process design and optimization on creative processes and (visual) communication development, or experience from similar roles. Moreover, who brings passion about working on the border between Marketing, Creative Comm’s Development, and IT/technology and feels energized by building solutions that reflect a business from an internal customer experience perspective.
Experience building process maps supporting marketing and content creation functions and expertise on implementing briefing tools within agency or a creative industry, will be an advantage.
