Service Designer

Responsibilities:
1. Create signature experience for TCL AI×IoT product portfolio
2. Work closely with researchers, GUI designers, Product Managers and R&D engineers to create an intuitive, cohesive, and seamless user experience across multi-category TCL products
3. Ability to work independently as well as lead conceptual design, user research, wireframing and UI prototyping ability and user-testing to handover to GUI designers for detailed design
4. Distill complex problems and propose simple, elegant solutions, design desirable and efficient multi-channel/ multi-touchpoint experiences
5. Conduct competitor & user research to derive insights, craft personas, and map client / user journeys across the product portfolio
6. Develop concepts sketches and storyboards, detailed interaction designs and screen flows, functional specifications, and prototypes to clearly articulate solutions and guide agile engineering teams
7. Work with GUI designers for detailed visual designs and ensuring that the solution in development aligns to design vision & company/product/brand standards
8. Track user experience metrics & reports on the success of UX improvements, including analytics
9. Experience leading Design Thinking workshops and activities to drive enhanced collaboration in the product design process

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Degree or work experience equivalent in User Experience, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science or Digital Design
2. Fluent in English & Chinese
3. At least 5+ years of experience building excellent digital products, designing user experiences & interaction design for rich, interactive, consumer or enterprise web applications
4. A solid experience working in fast and agile environments in cross -functional teams
5. Experienced in Agile/Continuous delivery work model
6. Ability to build rapid, iterative, and low-fi prototypes and know-how of tools and concepts around human-centered design
7. A good theoretical and practical grasp of interaction design issues
8. A good level of business acumen, technical jargon and have a strong understanding of product business requirements and capable to translate that into a tangible design
9. Excellent communication skills, know how to get buy-in from stakeholders with ideas
10. Collaborative mindset, passion about new technologies and a proactive working-style
11. Good understanding of the new concept development process
12. Critical, creative and strategic thinking capability
13. Ability to craft well-designed deliverables and documents in PowerPoint / Keynote
