Service Designer

We are looking for a Service Designer to add to our team that has the same purpose #borasalvarvida as us!
The Professional will work in the Product area, doing product research and mapping, being the point of contact with stakeholders, identifying points of improvement and opportunities for all the services that Laura offers. It surveys requirements and follows up with the PO of the projects.
We are a multidisciplinary team and this will make your development constant. We value group discussions, exchange and sharing information and the main thing: we are always learning new things.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Lead empathy research to deeply understand customer / user behavior, pain points, desires analyzing experiences, challenges and opportunities.
- Design new stages or new journeys, with analyzes, hypotheses, benchmarks, etc .;
- Tangible ideas through low-fidelity prototypes for products and services, allowing for quick iteration with users (making mistakes quickly).
- Analyze the entire system and every detail from the user’s perspective.
- Describe in requirements the functions needed to deliver a designed experience.
- Clearly identify assumptions and work to creatively test them
- Evaluate the functionalities, quantitatively and qualitatively, through analysis of logs, interviews with users, field research, etc .;
- Create and maintain graphical representations of Customer Journey Maps, Customer Personas, Service Blueprints and for tangibilization and effective communication about products / services.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher education in the areas of graphic design, interaction design.
- Intermediary English
- Great communication to maintain team engagement and alignment between all areas;
- Be creative, curious, self-taught, attentive to details, have a sense of urgency and ownership.
- Know how to break big problems into small pieces.
- Knowing how to work in an environment of limited resources and time.
- Be a problem solver.
- Deepen in data to understand the behavior of our internal and external users.
- Be passionate about technology and understand how we can use it to generate value for the business.
- Have already worked with Apps, software.

- He has worked in start-ups or technology companies.
- He has worked as a systems developer (frontend) or similar area.
- He has worked with Product Discovery, Design Thinking, Lean, Agile Development, Service Design, UX, UI or similar.
