We have an open position to receive a Service Designer, Senior profile person, who is willing to face new challenges. That person will have a team of specialists who already exist today at Badaró.

Here, Senior Service Designer r is responsible for:

– Create solutions and contribute with ideas that build a better service experience;

– Participate in design sprints, brainstormings and ideation processes to build products and services together with the client’s team and team;

– Plan, design, facilitate and synthesize workshops;

– Discuss ideas, tools and methodologies that can optimize the development of projects;

– Discuss business challenges with stakeholders;

– Map and analyze existing flows, processes and journeys in order to define the best outputs in projects;

– Design journeys that enable decision making according to the understanding of the client’s business;

– Discover user needs through research, developing deep insights;

– Define interaction days based on relevant commercial, technical and design considerations;

– Assist the Design team to design digital products that respect the journey designed for the service offered;

We want people passionate about Experience Design who know how to work as a team to be able to collect information, identify opportunities, assist in the definition of strategies, whether in the project you are working on or in internal projects.

Requirements

• Have fluid and objective communication, based on data to talk to customers during projects;

• Have participated in digital product projects, agile methodologies, problem diagnosis, Design Thinking approach, service design and prototyping of ideas.

• Experience in research processes with users and customers.

• Have experience with creating flows and information architecture;

• Have experience conducting dynamics and workshops for customers and users;

• Domain in remote co-creation tools, such as Miro and / or Mural;

• Knowledge of research tools and usability tests;

Desirable

• Know interface design tools such as Figma, Sketch, among others;

• Knowledge of digital product development methodologies;

• Experience in building new businesses;
