Senior Service Designer

We are looking for a person who is a professional in the Service Design area, to work full time and who has at least 5 years of professional experience.

The person will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, and will be responsible for bringing an empathetic and creative look to the projects in which they will work, as well as in-depth knowledge about services, how they work and/or could work.

Currently, we are working remotely without predicting a return to face-to-face. However, there may be surveys that require some type of safe and punctual travel.

Senior Service Designer

He has experience in different Design and/or Innovation projects and deep knowledge about design and services applied to business, as well as practical experience in all stages of a Service Design project. It incorporates good practices, provides references to the project and is capable of questioning and actively acting to evolve design concepts and processes. It has a base of references on technology, business and service updates. Can lead medium risk and medium impact projects.

What are the responsibilities of this role?

Perform complex tasks with minimal support, represent Livework in the relationship with customers and stakeholders, set priorities, anticipate risks and needs and adjust project plans when necessary, as well as guide and mentor the team seeking to develop more junior designers.

• Qualitative surveys focused on users (Prepare, Execute and Synthesize)
• Structuring and facilitating collaborative work sessions
• Analysis and synthesis of information, with critical and systemic thinking, connected to the needs and directions of the project
• Co-create concepts, ideas and solutions for our customers
• Build narratives for projects and presentations
• Master the different types of tools and/or deliverables of Design projects such as Actor Map, Personas, Typologies, Journeys, Service Ecology, Opportunity Map, Service Blueprints, Roadmaps, etc.
• Anticipation of activities, needs and tasks in projects to ensure that the project happens on time and with the desired quality
