Service Designer

About the Paper:

As a Full Service Designer, you will play a crucial role in deeply understanding our clients’ business needs, as well as the needs of our clients’ customers, and translating them into innovative service journeys. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create design solutions that not only meet, but exceed user expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements.
• Plan, conduct and analyze qualitative research to understand users’ challenges and needs, producing actionable insights.
• Develop personas, user journeys, service prototypes and blueprints, among other service design artifacts.
• Co-facilitate workshops with stakeholders and project teams.
• Develop conceptual prototypes to test and iterate service solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 3+ years as a Service Designer or similar role, with a portfolio that demonstrates your experience in service design.
• Communication skills in written and oral English and/or Spanish (advanced or fluent).
• Knowledge of design thinking methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google suite, Miro, Slack, or similar.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills; You communicate concisely and clearly.
• Have a business-oriented outlook.
• Proactivity to anticipate needs, raise hypotheses and propose solutions.
• Having the flexibility to deal with changes, uncertainties and complexities inherent in creating simple and pleasant experiences for users.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, being able to prioritize efforts and deliver within deadlines.
• Commitment to the quality of deliveries.

Desirable:

• Experience with quantitative research.
• Familiarity with generative artificial intelligence tools.
• Graphic skills.
