Huia is looking for a Service Designer Manager to join our super team. We are looking for someone who brings in essence the search for the best user experience in digital projects, researching, designing, planning and optimizing the operation of companies and projects, to better serve the customers’ journey.

SUMMARIZING THE VACANCY IN TWO LINES:

  • Co-lead digital projects from a design perspective, conducting research, workshops, prototypes, concepts, tests, among other related activities.
  • The vacancy is for all of Brazil, but preferably be available online or in person, in São Paulo or Porto Alegre, during business hours (Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm);

THIS JOB COULD BE YOURS IF YOU:

  • Has more than 5 years of experience in service design and at least 2 years of experience in leadership or management positions;
  • Strong experience in UX and UI design;
  • Conduct research and discovery activities to identify opportunities for customers, employees and other stakeholders using qualitative and quantitative methods such as interviews, field research, testing, etc.;
  • Lead Design Thinking activities and workshops for small and large groups, remotely and in person;
  • Lead and drive concept development, including defining client needs, analyzing tasks and creating sitemaps, process/screen flows and wireframes to meet project objectives;
  • Collaborates with the team of business analysts, product managers, developers and designers to solve problems and prioritize design and research activities;
  • It is the end user’s representative in decision making;
  • Study and analyze existing flows to identify general inefficiencies and/or non-conformities, to develop and implement business improvement solutions based on user needs, available technology, alignment with standards and budget;
  • Supports the implementation of service improvements by sharing best practices, training others, translating user stories, proposing design approaches or services to meet strategic business needs, developing and delivering user test sessions;

YOU GUARANTEE SOME EXTRA CREDITS WITH:

  • Proficiency in digital design and collaboration tools, e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, Google Docs, etc;
  • Practice non-violent communication;
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively and clearly;
  • End-to-end experience managing activities throughout the user-centered design process
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment and resilience in the face of changing priorities;
