Senior Service Designer

Essential requirements:

• Higher education in design or related areas;
• In-depth knowledge and extensive experience in strategic and/or service design;
• Experience with research methods and processes for collecting and structuring user information for service design;
• Communication and relationship skills with internal and external stakeholders;
• To be a disseminator of the design discipline and customer-centric mindset.

Desirable differences or requirements:

• Knowledge of the market for payment methods and benefits (government benefits, labor benefits, aid, etc.)
• Graphic/Visual Design
• Knowledge of tools such as Figma, Miro, Notion etc.
