Responsibilities and duties

A professional with moderate autonomy, capable of performing tasks of medium complexity in Service Design and Business Design.

Contributes to Discovery projects for strategic solutions.
Plan Discovery projects and keep the entire team aligned on actions to ensure cadence and assertiveness.
Co-create journey maps, service blueprints, and personas.
Support in building and updating the roadmap.
Conduct qualitative research using in-depth interviews.
Plan and facilitate workshop sessions for gathering insights.
To support the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data for understanding scenarios.
Identify opportunities for improvement in services, processes, and products.
Develop prototypes of service solutions.

Requirements and qualifications

• Familiarity with AI tools for research, co-creation (Mural), and Office.

• Intermediate knowledge of design thinking, lean inception, and agile methodology.

• Ability to conduct user research, such as interviews and observations.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Proactive in suggesting ideas and questioning existing processes.

• Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.

Desired requirements

– Knowledge of Digital Product Design

– Experience in multidisciplinary work

– Ease of communication with stakeholders at the strategic and tactical levels.
