Service Designer

You will work on facilitating Discovery projects, whether for products, processes or services.

Our team works collaboratively, with good humor and simplicity, delivering value to our customers.

• Facilitate Design Sprint, Lean Inception, PBB and OKRs in national and international projects (home office). 
• Conduct internal and external workshops and training (with clients) in person or remotely. 
• Accompany UX/UI designers in the development of prototypes. 
• Maintain contact with the client for follow-up and alignment throughout the project. 
• Align with the development team if necessary. 
• Contribute to directing other members of the agility team in implementing and adhering to the agile culture for the entire institution; 
• Collect metrics, present them and generate experiments for continuous improvement; Identify points for process improvement through retrospective meetings, allowing the agile team’s delivery capacity to be increased; 
• Conduct the integration of new professionals; 
• Be agnostic regarding methods, frameworks, methodologies, tools, etc.;

• Knowledge and experience in Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Lean Inception, PBB – Product Backlog Building.
• Knowledge of the agile concept, aiming to train professionals to apply the methodology; 
• Experience in tools: Mural, Mentimeter and Office;
• Reside in the state of São Paulo.
