Service Designer

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in evaluative research, applying techniques such as User Testing, Concept Testing, and Heuristic Analysis
• Knowledge of methodologies such as Design Thinking and user experience design methods
• Ability to use data visualization tools and synthesize insights
• Experience in digital projects, mobile applications, or web platforms
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in San Isidro

What will your challenges be?

• Lead end-to-end user research, from planning to presenting findings
• Negotiate with stakeholders and collaborate within design teams, interacting with different specialties
• Analyze user needs through participatory design and qualitative/quantitative research methods
• Collaborate with UX designers, UI designers, developers, and product managers
• Gather, analyze, and interpret information to establish diagnoses and build action plans focused on clients and backstage users
• Propose and suggest the right tools and methodologies for each project (customer journey maps, blueprints, flowcharts, use cases, concept testing, contingency design, etc.)
• Mandatory experience in Design Thinking, Service Design, and at least two other frameworks such as Customer Experience, Jobs to Be Done, Business Design, Strategic Design, or Behavioral Design
• Define impact metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed solutions
• Test and validate solution proposals with clients or end users using the most appropriate tools and methods
• Prepare executive reports and research findings presentations to support decision-making
