What is the professional we are looking for like?
- 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Knowledge of work methodologies such as: Design Thinking.
- Interest in service design with experience using service design methods.
- Availability to work in a hybrid way in San Isidro
What will your challenges be?
- You will define, design and prototype services and implement business and technology-supported processes that reflect the most effective paths, representing an optimized and integrated customer and user experience.
- You identify, define and monitor experience design metrics across all customer touchpoints.
- Defines customer journeys applied to various businesses and maps the services associated with them.
- You execute the design process correctly with a user-centric focus.
- You deliver presentations to clients to convey team research findings with audience-appropriate storytelling.
- You interact with business and technology stakeholders.
