Service Designer

As a Service Designer you will be responsible for ensuring the department meets contract base performance targets. Manage the delivery of customer valued solutions & costing whilst taking into consideration our clients standards. Provide effective delivery of assignments using our clients best practice methodologies and tools as well as overlook successful handover of solution to Transition & Service management teams and provide feedback from stakeholders and customers demonstrating WINNING TOGETHER competencies and Role specific competencies. You will also be involved with customer negotiations with the responsibility of defining and negotiating the requirements between the company and the client.
Skills & Experience required:
Ability to build relationships primarily with internal stakeholders and ISP’s, knowledge of Microsoft applications – specifically good Excel knowledge, proven commercial capability in a business focused IT environment, good service understanding of the EDGE or CORE area, understanding of the market & competition and good native and English language skills
