That is why the role of CX Service Designer is the ultimate combination of design and organizational change! In this role you are not only busy designing a fantastic customer experience, but you also lead the way for all other 8,000 colleagues. In addition to facilitating improvement and innovation processes in the field of CX, you train colleagues in the philosophy of design thinking. What does the customer really want? And what is behind such a need or question? How do we improve the customer journey? You take the entire organization with you in design thinking tow. Hosting workshops, visualizing journeys or interviewing customers, it’s all up to you; because you live your profession intensively, colleagues can’t help but join in enthusiastically.
This is what you will do:
- You help squads within the organization to improve the customer experience for our Vodafone and Ziggo brands by using design thinking.
- You train and coach colleagues in all aspects of customer experience and service design. You also ensure that our methodologies continue to develop.
- Together with your team members, you provide service design workshops that trigger colleagues to think ‘from the customer’s point of view’.
- You never lose your feeling with the customer, because you design customer journeys together with other teams that make customers genuinely happy and deliver value for the business. You look for the connection for a good implementation with other stakeholders such as the UX team, the colleagues from Process Design and the friends of CX Analytics!
- You act before you speak. You experiment a lot – hypothesis-driven work is encouraged!
