Senior Service Designer

As a Senior Service Designer, you help to further develop innovative, digital care pathways. You collect bottlenecks and needs from your stakeholders (GPs, (para)medics, the patient or your colleagues from the business) that you thoroughly investigate. It is possible that a solution only concerns a process adjustment, but usually an adjustment or addition to our digital platform is required.

The software of the Ksyos Platform is developed internally by our five Development Teams. You are part of one of these multidisciplinary teams and explore possible solutions in close collaboration with a UX Designer and a Business Analyst. In doing so, you continuously interact with stakeholders to validate interim results. Because Ksyos works agile/scrum in sprints of 2 weeks, it often happens that you realize a solution in multiple iterations. This gives you the opportunity to apply progressive insights from practice in your design process.

As a Senior Service Designer at Ksyos you are responsible for:

• Needs assessment and evaluation of innovations using qualitative and quantitative methods;
• Researching, designing and developing improvements for existing and new services;
• Co-creation with our healthcare providers and your colleagues from the business;
• Facilitating brainstorms, workshops and other creative sessions
• Drawing up service blueprints and user journeys;
• Assist with coaching of Junior and Medior Designers;
• Sharing inspiration and new developments within Design Thinking with the rest of Ksyos, both personally and, for example, with presentations;
