- design and conduct qualitative design research using ethnographic and participatory methods;
- leading co-design workshops with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems;
- define the service vision, personas, customer journeys, service blueprints and build strategic roadmap to deliver the service features and desired experience based on customer insights;
- define the design concepts for each service touchpoint in the service;
- prototype digital and physical solutions to test and learn from together with customers;
- providing specifications.

You are sharp, analytical and focused on content – a real high flyer. Your main goal is always to deliver the best result for your customers. To achieve this, you set the bar high for yourself and your colleagues and you have the necessary skills to achieve this result in collaboration with many stakeholders (at home and abroad). As an individual who joins our team, we expect you to feel comfortable working in an Agile team, working closely with the customer and team members. Furthermore, as a Service Designer you have:
- a degree in a relevant field (e.g. Service Design, Strategic Design, Social Studies) and a portfolio demonstrating successful execution of service design;
- the ability to translate research observations into critical insights and actionable recommendations;
- experience in facilitating design workshops and presenting to stakeholders; excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
