Some jobs are more soulful than others

In the role of service designer, your main tasks will consist of:

• Mapping the needs of the business and the target group through interviews, workshops and field studies
• Develop customer journeys, sketches and prototypes in close collaboration with UX designers
• Implementation of user tests to evaluate existing and new services
• Drive the needs of the business towards external and internal development deliveries within the e-commerce value stream
• Acts as Epic owner for selected epics with a clear focus on service design
• Lead workshops and contribute to good implementation of customer insight and design-oriented working methods

The position is a permanent full-time employment with access according to agreement and with placement in Solna.

Obvious merits

We are looking for you who have relevant post-secondary education and experience of having worked with service or service design for at least three years. To succeed in the role, you need to have experience of working with developing customer insights and customer journeys as well as the development of service services on websites and apps aimed at consumers. We also see that you are used to working in agile teams, can scrum and SAFe and that you have launched new services developed based on the knowledge of the user. In addition to this, you speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
It is an advantage if you have experience in UX design and competence in content and website editorial tasks.

As a person, you are a very good communicator, have a well-developed analytical ability and are creative in your way of working. You are very quality-conscious and easy to work with others, both internal and external parties. Of course, you also have a fingertip feeling when it comes to design.
