As a service designer in this assignment, you will, together with the Customer’s team for digital customer experience and IT department, lead a strategic and customer-centered work to create a deep understanding of their customers’ needs. You will develop and evaluate concepts that meet the needs and based on that describe the necessary development activities. The work will result in a development plan that describes the necessary development in the short and long term.
You will be involved in producing the final deliveries, in collaboration with other competencies. You will, together with other designers and researchers, ex:
- explore the behaviors, motivations and needs of their customers and their own internal target groups
- improve yourself in strategies and future trends
- develop and evaluate concepts based on the insights identified in the work
Mandatory skills and experience (required):
- At least 8 years’ experience in service design.
- At least 8 years of documented experience in design research
- At least 8 years of documented experience in customer travel and experience mapping
- At least 8 years of documented experience of service maps / service blueprinting
