Service Designer

As a service designer, you have a key role in the Enforcement Officer’s needs-driven development work and move between strategic, tactical, and operational levels.

Your duties involve driving and supporting needs-driven development work and thereby improving the authority’s various customer meetings. You work both directly with customers to increase the agency’s customer knowledge and develop our services, but also support managers and employees in various development initiatives. You have an important role when it comes to introducing colleagues in methods and working methods from a service design perspective.

We are looking for you who have

• academic education with a design focus of at least 180 credits or 120 credits in previous systems
• previous experience as a service designer
• competence in change management

Merit is  knowledge of, and experience of the Enforcement Officer’s customer trips and forges

You have a holistic view and are driven by creating value for customers and society by involving those the authority is for. You are innovative, creative, and can translate knowledge and experience into action and drive your assignments forward. You are happy to share knowledge, experience and good examples, and are driven to develop both yourself and others.

You will be employed as a business developer.
