Who are we looking for?

We want to work with you who, like us, want to develop really good services that create both user benefit and societal benefit. In the role of service designer, you need to be inventive, curious and generous with your knowledge. You love the research work and have a broad knowledge and experience of methods and tools. You take great responsibility for the creative and conceptual work that is carried out in your assignments. You are responsive and good at including both customers and colleagues in your work through an educational and enthusiastic approach.

You think you have:

  • Has at least 5 years of experience as a service designer, and probably worked in an agency with clients in several different industries.
  • Is passionate and persistent about customer-driven innovation and helping organizations to adapt so they can deliver the services and a customer experience their customers love (while meeting their business goals).
  • Has experience of leading change journeys and transformation processes and has helped a number of organizations to switch to a customer-driven approach with the help of service design methodology.
  • Is used to planning and leading trainings, as well as coaching in service design and customer-driven approach
  • You really like people and have the ability to create commitment and build trust. You bring with you people, even those who are backward or skeptical.
  • Is responsive and pragmatic with the ability to prioritize and adapt process, method and tools based on the size of the assignment and the customer’s needs.
  • Have a series of assignments behind you that you are really proud of where your team has made a real difference, and then you have probably something really failed as well that you have become even wiser from.
  • Hart developed services from a channel-independent approach, and is particularly at home among services with a digital core.
  • Have worked with assignments where you have gathered customer insights and helped to implement them.
  • Has knowledge and experience of setting up strategic plans based on insights and producing concrete roadmaps.
  • Is skilled at leading meetings and presenting solutions and concepts to different types of stakeholders and is strong in both oral and written communication.
  • Good habit of facilitating workshops in both smaller and larger groups and a large toolbox with facilitation methods
  • Good ability to take the lead in projects and thrives with a lot of responsibility when customers have great faith in your competence and guidance.
  • University degree in e.g. behavioral science / cognitive science, design, media technology or similar.
  • Good Swedish and English in both speech and writing, as we often work with international customers.
  • It is an advantage if you have worked in both the private and public sector
