Service Designer

The development department is responsible for coordinating the agency’s strategic development and working with the concretization and implementation of various customer-centered development initiatives. The department is also responsible for the development of the agency’s insurance products. You will work in a group that belongs to the Unit for Business Development and Innovation, which is responsible for the agency’s work with service design, UX and CX.

Job description

We are now looking for another service designer who wants to be involved and strengthen our ability to work customer-centric in our business development.

Your main work will be to develop and analyze customer insights, identify target groups, plan arrangements for and conduct customer interviews and document and analyze the results of these. Based on the analyzed results, you are expected to produce specific recommendations / measures for future development efforts and improvement work and present the analysis in the form of a mapped and visualized customer journey. The work also includes producing visualizations / prototypes of concepts and conceptual work with iterations with and towards end users / stakeholders / development teams.

education and experience

To succeed in the role, you must have
• Many years of experience of working in the role of service designer in service design assignments.
• Experience of developing concepts, visualizations and prototypes and testing these with customers and users.
• Since all documentation is in Swedish, fluent Swedish in speech and writing is required.
• Relevant academic education, or equivalent knowledge acquired through previous work experience.

It is also an advantage if you have:

• Experience of facilitation at a distance
• Experience of behavioral economics and nudging
