Service Designer

As a Service Designer at Solita, you apply a data-driven business mindset in service development. You design new strategies and services, sometimes entire business models in collaboration with business teams of our customers, their customers / consumers and end users. You play a key role in helping our customers create better, information-based, data-driven offerings and services. In this role, you also work closely with other groups within Solita, in the ongoing work to develop solutions that reach out and are implemented by our customers.

Our design team at Solita Sweden today consists of about 15 wonderful consultants with different backgrounds and skills, and we are constantly increasing. We work with both large and small companies as customers, in all industries, and our consultants often have to work with really exciting projects. Read more about what we have done for the industry collaboration Smart Energi , and about how we designed and built the Finnish corona turn signal !

• A passion to constantly develop in the design of services, processes and data-driven solutions
• Experience of familiarizing yourself with customers’ service areas and offers
• Experience of customer travel mapping, customer insight, interviews
• Accustomed to holding workshops and creative dialogues
