Nextory is currently looking for a Senior Service Designer who can lead the CX work towards putting a golden edge on the user experience in our product, you report directly to our CTO.
A selection of your upcoming tasks…
As a Senior Service Designer with us, you will plan and drive the work to take Nextory to the next level in terms of customer centering!
Your main responsibility is to clarify the customer perspective and to develop internal processes, methods, structures and tools for this work. You will be responsible for taking advantage of customer insights for further quality development with the goal of understanding our customers on a deeper level, you will also be responsible for defining the organization’s goals for the customer experience.
Who are you…

You have a great interest in the customer journey, in method and in analysis. You are a fan of creating a holistic understanding of the customer’s behaviors, their needs, their challenges and desires – and getting things done. You want to move forward and are driven by finding new areas of development and are good at communicating with both internal and external actors. To be successful in the role, your ability to work together needs to be top notch!
We want you to have / are:
- Relevant educational background
- About 5 years of work experience in service design
- Experience of implementing the customer journey as a tool and of optimizing the user experience
- Good ability to communicate and formulate priorities and visions based on customer insights
- Clear design thinking and appreciates the superpower of storytelling
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
