Service Designer

As a service designer at SBAB, you will be part of a UX team with high self-drive and commitment. You develop efficient and effective working methods for our collaboration with customers and users in focus. We make great demands that we understand our customers’ needs, values ​​and can link it to a safe and easy journey. You develop and work daily with mapping our total user experience across all our products. To help you, you have the entire UX team, our user researcher and our Design director.

You love to test and evaluate design solutions (both quantitatively and qualitatively) based on experience, conversion, understanding and accessibility.

We are looking for you who have at least 2 years’ experience of having worked as a service designer, user researcher or UX designer. You have relevant education (UX, Interaction design, behavioral scientist, computer and systems science, media technology)
