Service Designer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Service and Customer Experience (CX) Designer, with 3-4 years of experience in service design and developing Service Blueprints. This role is essential to lead projects that not only improve our service offering, but also elevate the customer experience to new levels of excellence. The ideal candidate must have experience in consulting, training, and be able to work autonomously, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute Service Blueprints and CX strategies that improve customer interaction and service success.
- Conduct in-depth market research, including user interviews and competitive analysis, to inform design and strategy decisions.
- Develop and deliver service design and CX training programs to clients and internal teams, promoting a culture of excellence in user-centered design.
- Collaborate with product, marketing and operations teams to ensure the effective implementation of service innovation projects.
Requirements:
- University degree in Design, Innovation, UX/CX or related field.
- 3-4 years of service design experience, with a focus on creating Service Blueprints and improving customer experience.
- Proven experience in consulting and training, with the ability to effectively impart knowledge and practices.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong research and analysis skills, with experience conducting user interviews and competitive analysis.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
