As a Service Designer at Stefanini you will drive co-creation and help our customers to navigate complex business goals, generating innovative solutions and actionable plans for addressing them, wherever they are in the digital transformation journey.

You will be responsible for:

• Defining the scope and leading experience, service and product design projects, choosing the most appropriate design methods and practices to use.
• Applying design research techniques to uncover customer needs and pain points. Conducting user research, like interviews and focus groups.
• Planning, facilitating and synthesizing workshops and design sprints – physically and virtually.
• Developing human-centred design as discipline and practice on a global scale.
• Collaborating to create and promote design solutions for a diverse range of industries.
• Create engaging storytelling for presentations and projects, communicating well with clients and prospects.
• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team members and clients.

You need to have relevant knowledge and experience with:

• Applying human-centred design processes while working collaboratively with customers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Mapping personas, journeys, blueprints and other service design methods.
• Digital transformation projects and digital transformation strategy.
• Running online and offline workshops.
• Presenting ideas and working collaboratively with clients and cross-functional team members.

And you can set yourself apart if you have experience with:

• Generating wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes.
• Quantitative research and data analysis.
• Technology solutions and its impacts on design solutions
• Training clients and partners on design methodology.
