The Metaverse, understood as a collection of virtual worlds where individuals can collaborate, work, socialize and create new experiences, without the need to be physically present, needs more than ever the capabilities of telecommunications operators to make the time they spend online users even more worthwhile. At Telefónica we believe that this environment is full of new opportunities, but we are also going to have to face new challenges in terms of user experience. It is in this sense that we want to expand the current team with a profile from the discipline of strategic design.
The main activities and responsibilities are as follows: leading customer discovery initiatives aimed at identifying new opportunities and designing new products and services, leading market research with the aim of identifying trends, players and new opportunities, collaborating with the product managers in defining their product strategies as well as in defining the business models and defining the customer experience and the key processes of the new services in collaboration with the product designers.
Professional experience: at least 5 years of experience.
English language.
