What will a Researcher / Service Designer do?
- Command of a broad set of qualitative, quantitative and user-centered design methods.
- Design hypotheses and lead studies that examine both user behaviour and attitude as well as larger market directions.
- Conduct research using a wide variety of qualitative methods and a subset of quantitative methods, such as surveys, analysing census data and publicly available data sets.
- Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways
- Populate our knowledge base with findings, key personas, journey maps, and industry workflows that help solidify our understanding of how to deliver.
- Deliver actionable and relevant insights to both strategic & tactical product design decisions, ensuring focus on the highest priority things, whether short term customer needs and/or looking ahead to the next big business challenge or market opportunity.
Who does the ideal candidate looks like?
- Fluent or bilingual in English (you will have to pass an English test or provide a C1 certificate).
- A research profile with a minimum of 2 years experience in user-centered strategic design and innovation projects.
- Familiar with Design Thinking methodologies and skills related to qualitative and quantitative research workflows (interactive user tests, workshops, user interviews, etc.).
- With aptitude to present, organise and facilitate workshops with clients.
- Someone disciplined and self-demanding with their own work.
- Be organised and know how to work as a team and also with tight deadlines.
- Proactive and critical thinking.
- Inquisitiveness and intellectual curiosity.

Desirable:
- Experience with digital transformation projects.
- Master’s degree/training in innovation.
