Service Designer

We are looking for new talent for the Service Desinger vacancy  . With experience in digital products, who can lead best practices in user-centered digital service, product and process design research.

Main activities: 

• Interviews with stakeholders
• Understanding and project approach.
• Facilitator / speaker of ideation workshop with people-centered methodologies.
• Field research and contextual interviews
• Participate in multi-profile and multi-industry co-creation sessions.
• Service creation
• Prototyping of the service

Technical Skills: 

At least  5 years  with:

• Understanding of stakeholder needs and business goals
• Ability to discover user needs through research (qualitative / quantitative)
• Ability to generate concepts
• Visualize how people will interact with the product / service
• Storytelling skills
• Conceptual visualization skills
• Communication skills and project presentation

Soft Skills:
