Service Designer

Your main job as a Service Designer will be recognizable from what you have tried before. User research, journey mapping, service design blueprints, process and workshop facilitation, etc. will fill a portion of the calendar.

In addition, you also help to define the products and the experience itself. You must participate in research and design processes, where you must be able to think of all ends of the business together into a coherent concept and a smooth user experience.

You have to go all the way to the shops and warehouses to ensure that the solutions are implemented, adopted and work in everyday life. Only when things are running smoothly can you let go.

You will have an enormously broad interface throughout the organization and have an important task in ensuring that all parties understand each other’s reality, challenges and wishes.
