Service Designer

Your mission will be:

• To be responsible for the NPS project at Gupy, leading this front together with other areas;
• Apply different search methods and the entire discovery process, with their techniques and methodologies;
• Map the customer experience in his interactions with Gupy and map the customer journey itself;
• Identify root causes of friction and opportunities, with their respective impacts;
• Identify and solve, together with other teams, the problems and opportunities that happen on the touchpoints of our users/customers with Gupy;
• Structure control tools and methods to collect customer feedback;
• Transforming needs, behaviors and opportunities into insights and ideas;
• Structuring the identified improvement points, passing it on to the teams responsible for solving them and monitoring the solutions;
• Ensure that the company’s actions are increasingly focused on meeting the needs of our customers, providing a good experience;
• Participate in different project initiatives, supporting the definition of the scope of work, objectives and deliverables collaboratively with other teams.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

As requirements, you must have:

• Experience with NPS, conducting in-depth surveys and interviews;
• Experience in analyzing processes and services holistically, identifying their impacts and opportunities;
• Analytical ability to synthesize discoveries, identify insights and propose solutions;
• Practical experience with projects using Design Thinking, Service Design and Design Research;
• Experience in creating experience maps, user journeys, service blueprints, among others;
• Communicative, creative and didactic profile;
• Profile aimed at solving problems.
