Do you already know what we Advanced Service Designers do at BCP?
We are responsible for the end-to-end service design in the Loyalty Tribe.
Our main responsibilities are:
- Develop design resources and tools such as archetypes, customer journey maps, blueprints, service patterns, etc. mapping the holistic experience, identifying key contact points and opportunities for improvement.
- Plan and execute user research on different needs using qualitative and ethnographic methodologies such as in-depth interviews, observation, etc.
- Analyze data, map case studies of different research scenarios and organize the information investigated.
- Clearly define the profile of the target audience, exploration insights, design principles and areas of opportunity, defining next steps.
- Desk Research, benchmarking and exhaustive explorations of the market or industry through the Internet and other sources.
- Design and facilitate co-creation and innovation workshops with different stakeholders.
- Design and validate service proposals through evaluation techniques such as concept tests, among others.
You should apply for this role only if…
- You are a graduate of the careers of Psychology, Communications, Administration, Business Engineering, Business, Industrial Design, Marketing, Anthropology, Sociology and related fields.
- You have 2 to 4 years of experience in the role of Service Designer.
- You have demonstrable experience in user experience design, with a focus on Journeys and Service Blueprints.
- You have desirable experience in payment gateways.
- You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have desirable previous experience in creating digital experiences.
- You have experience leading and executing qualitative, ethnographic and quantitative research for the development of projects or the design of products or services.
- You have experience in Design Thinking, Journey Map, Service Blueprint, Ethnography Techniques, Research and Development Planning.
