Do you already know what Service Designer Advanced do at BCP?
- We are responsible for the diagnosis and design of the end-to-end service in the Customer Experience Transformation Management.
Our main responsibilities are:
- Develop design resources and tools such as archetypes, customer journey maps, blueprints, service patterns, etc., mapping the holistic experience, identifying key touch points and opportunities for improvement.
- Plan the strategy and execute user research processes on different needs using qualitative and ethnographic methodologies such as in-depth interviews, observation, etc.
- Analyze data (pattern analysis), map cases of the different research scenarios and organize the researched information.
- Clearly establish the profile of the target audience, insights from exploration, design principles and areas of opportunity, defining next steps.
- Desk Research, benchmarking and exhaustive explorations of the market or industry through the internet and other sources (trend mapping, use cases, main players and stakeholder interviews).
- Design and facilitate co-creation and innovation workshops with different stakeholders.
You should apply for this role only if…
- You are a university graduate with a degree in Psychology, Communications, Administration, Business Engineering, Business, Industrial Design, Marketing, Anthropology, Sociology and similar.
- You have 2 to 3 years of experience in the Service Designer role.
- You have demonstrable experience in user experience design, with a focus on Journeys and Service Blueprints.
- You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Accounts with previous experience in creating digital experiences – desirable
- You have experience executing qualitative, ethnographic and quantitative research for the development of projects or design of products or services.
- You have essential experience in Design Thinking, Design Research, Journey Map, Service Blueprint, User Persona / Archetypes
- Accounts with knowledge of ethnography techniques
- You have experience in research and development planning.
- You have experience in understanding the business
- Accounts with essential experience in Miro, Excel, PowerPoint, Survey Monkey or similar to create surveys
