The New revenue streams service area focuses on identifying new business opportunities and developing creative business concepts for established companies. We do this by combining strategic, creative and analytical thinking, with entrepreneurship. We now want to strengthen our team in Oslo with a service designer.

Rollebeskrivelse

As a service designer in the team New revenue streams, you will be responsible for preserving the user perspective in customer assignments and our creative processes. You will contribute with design expertise and a user-oriented mindset, and work as part of a team with complementary expertise. You will be involved in finding new opportunities, developing and concretizing business concepts, and testing whether the concepts are something users actually want.

In NoA Consulting, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team of entrepreneurs, product developers, analysts and strategists, who have extensive experience in developing business concepts, innovative business models, growth strategies, customer experiences and digital products for some of the largest companies in Norway.

Who are you?

We are looking for a service designer with a solid professional background, who is strong in concept development, and who is passionate about finding new ways to solve both existing and new problems. You must like to challenge established frameworks, thrive in strategic waters and have a good business understanding.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience from digital product development, management consulting, entrepreneurship or equivalent
• Higher relevant education, preferably at master’s level, in service design, interaction design, product design or similar
• Experience with concept development, service design and user insight
• Good visualization and communication skills, and can convey and sell concepts and ideas to different recipients
• Good business understanding
• Ability to think holistically and strategically
• Good English and Norwegian skills
