Telenor Norge Bedrift is looking for a new Service Designer who is passionate about identifying corporate customers’ needs and creating innovative solutions that provide high customer value. Telenor Norway has one of Norway’s largest professional environments for design, which consists of 29 designers within interaction design, service design and visual design. Telenor has experience with the use of designers for over 10 years and your expertise is sought after in all development processes with us. At the same time, you will have access to a professional environment that shares expertise, sparred with each other and has its own adapted department, Service Design Lab, specially set aside for design activities.
The department you want to belong to is responsible for creating superb customer experiences and efficient customer journeys for Telenor’s corporate customers. It consists of five experienced Service Designers and three Customer Process Improvement (CPI) Leads, who work in interdisciplinary teams with an improvement of customer and user journeys, as well as product development. To strengthen our digital transformation, we are looking for a Service Designer for the investment in digital customer travel and self-service solutions.
As a Service Designer with us, you will have the following tasks:

Actively drive development towards increased self-service and improved customer experience in our digital channels with the use of design methodology

Lead / facilitate design processes; carry out insight work, analysis and idea and concept development, prototyping, user testing, implementation and learning

Mapping and design of customer / user journeys, both existing and visualizing what will be

Collaborate closely with different roles from the entire value chain

Work operationally and strategically with all parts of the design process

Contribute to creating a culture of user-centered thinking driven by empathy, enthusiasm and creativity
We are looking for you who have the following qualifications:
-
Relevant education at minimum bachelor level and minimum 2 years experience in Service Design

The ability to map customer and user needs and translate this into elegant solutions, in collaboration with our interaction designers, product and process owners

Safe in gaining insight from customers and testing concepts
-
Good experience with facilitation of user-centered design processes. Important keywords here are design sprint, flexible development and work in interdisciplinary teams.

Experience with digital customer journeys and design for self-service solutions, preferably from the corporate market

Skills in conceptualization and prototyping. We use Figma and it is an advantage if you know this or similar tools and can develop your own prototypes for early testing with users.

Ability to understand and find an optimal balance between customer value, business value and the possibilities of technology

Good organizational and business understanding

Good language skills in both Norwegian and English, orally and in writing
