Main responsibilities and tasks
Student Experiences is a relatively new department organized under National Executive Programs. Everyone who works in the department is responsible for the development of concepts that will raise the overall experience for students at Executive, as well as support our professionals in the development of new courses, programs and concepts. The role of service designer (advisor) will be particularly central in development work related to customer travel / student travel
- All phases in the design process – from defining what the challenge is, to insight, visualization, development, testing and implementation.
- To gain qualitative insight through, among other things, in-depth interviews and workshops to identify needs, establish common understanding and co-create new solutions.
- Interdisciplinary teamwork, but you must also be able to take responsibility for your own deliveries.
- Several projects in parallel, all of which will deliver valuable results to the student / customer.
- Finding systems and connections in complex and complex issues.
- To translate insights into valuable solutions, user testing and adjusting.
- Written and oral communication of process and results internally, to customers and partners.
- Design and implementation of customer journeys and systematic communication concepts in SalesForce (Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud)
Wants competence and personal qualities
- Has higher education in service design or other relevant education
- Certainly a few years’ experience as a service designer, but this is not a requirement.
- Has good Norwegian skills, both written and oral.
- Is steady in using visualizations both as a tool and as a delivery.
- Is open and curious about the higher education sector, various subject areas, topics and challenges in society.
- Is good with people and concerned with creating good results
- High digital competence or high motivation to learn how to use digital CX tools
