Tasks
- Part of the team at Seil that works to challenge and support the municipality’s projects and innovation processes.
- Operational design management and concept development.
- Dissemination of knowledge in the organization related to the value of design thinking in service development.
- Active role in the work of implementing the sustainability goals and developing local practices that contribute to solving the global goals.
Qualifications
- Higher relevant education from a college or university in design, preferably a master’s degree, but can be compensated with relevant and good work experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Good visual ability.
- Experience with illustration and film as communication tools will be an advantage.
- Good digital skills.
- Relevant work experience in service design and process management – preferably in the public sector

- Is confident in the role of process leader.
- Shares generously of your knowledge and likes to do good to others.
- Dare to challenge established practice.
