Senior Service Designer

As a Service Designer at DNB, you get an exciting and meaningful everyday life, with the opportunity to influence both how we work and what we work with.
Responsibilities and tasks
You will be responsible for what is provided by service design on dedicated projects. You are a close and important advisor to product owners and project managers. You have an “end to end” perspective and help us have the insights we need, customer journeys and blueprints. You understand well the connections between frontstage and backstage and are good at making necessary connections.
Among other things, you will work to:
• carry out projects with responsibility for deliveries on behalf of the client and your own role
• be an advisor and sparring partner for project managers and product
owners • involve users, test and learn
• ensure progression and assess cost, quality and time a professional way
• identify and communicate obstacles, and other risks to the team and clients
• make daily decisions to ensure progress and quality
• conduct workshops that bring together the right people around important topics
• communicate and visualize data and insights, which create commitment and action
• learn the whole of DNB more about service design, through practice, communication, guidance, tools and methodology
• take the initiative to collaborate with other professional environments as needed
• challenge the established, take the initiative for improvements and positive development
Who are you?
You are someone who thrives well with people, both colleagues and in collaboration with others. You have a practical approach and are able to see the human being in concepts and processes. You think it’s perfectly fine not to get to the covered table and handle it well to help projects and initiatives that are in a start-up phase. You are the one who sees opportunities, when others see challenges. Our dream candidate can boast the following:
• Experience as a service designer in a larger company, as a consultant or in-house
• Can point to good results through previous work
• Senior expertise in tools and methods
• You have the customer in focus, but also a commercial mindset
• Good to communicate, visualize ideas and to explain complex contexts
• Ability to challenge in ways that get people on the team
