We’re looking for a Service Designer with at least 5 years of experience and the following profile:

• Background in Design, Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Proven experience in service design for banking, retail, or consumer sectors.
• Advanced proficiency with tools (Miro, Figma) and artifacts: service blueprints, customer journeys, ecosystem & stakeholder maps, empathy maps, customer lifecycles, Business Model Canvas.
• Research methodologies (shadowing, interviews, surveys, validation), both qualitative and quantitative.
• Workshop facilitation and communication with product, business, and technology leaders.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• English desirable.
• Hybrid work model.
• Residence in Mexico City (CDMX).
