We are looking for an Innovation Specialist/Strategy Designer/Service Designer to lead the creation and execution of new ideas and transform the experience of users, customers and citizens.

What is the challenge we propose to you?

  • Conduct in-depth research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations, using techniques such as interviews, surveys, customer journey maps, and focus groups.
  • Design and optimize user experiences that include physical and digital elements, aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop service prototypes and iterative testing with users and stakeholders to validate concepts and ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
  • Creating service schemas that identify all the elements involved in providing a service, including actors, processes, tools and technologies.
  • Work closely with UX/UI, product development, marketing and operations teams to ensure service design solutions are implementable and consistent.
  • Conduct co-creation sessions and ideation workshops with internal and external stakeholders to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Monitor the performance of designed services over time and propose iterative improvements based on user feedback and data analysis.

What do we expect?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Service Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, Sociology or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a role related to service design, experience design or service transformation.
  • Hands-on experience in Design Thinking, Lean UX, Service Blueprinting and Customer Journey Mapping.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision or equivalent.
  • Ability to apply user research techniques such as interviews, data analysis, surveys, and behavioral studies to gain insights.
  • Advanced ability to create service blueprints that connect both visible touchpoints and backend processes involved in service delivery.
  • Understanding change management principles to facilitate the adoption of new services and processes within the organization.
  • Experience building design systems and collaborating with software development teams is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate cross-functional projects.
  • Analytical ability to solve complex problems and design user-centric solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Italian
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Plus: knowledge of Spanish language
