The mission :

  • Manage projects independently, in conjunction with the various interlocutors.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  • Analyze, understand and map the ecosystems studied / designed: user research, route maps …
  • Propose solutions in order to optimize the studied systems.
  • Facilitate collective intelligence.
  • Carry out proofs of concept and support clients in testing their hypotheses.
  • Contribute to the development of new formats and tools.
  • Listen to customers to identify opportunities.

  • You are organized and you have already managed projects with several interlocutors, including remotely.
  • You bring positivity and liveliness to the team you join.
  • You have a first experience in service / UX design.
  • You want to lead team activities.
  • Your expression in French and English, both oral and written, is impeccable. You have a facility for communication.
  • You want to design projects and help the sales team sell them.

Among the + that can make the difference:

  • Understanding of information systems, data management, flow management.
  • Mastery of graphic design software (Illustrator), and / or digital mock-up (Figma, XD …)
  • Other languages ​​(especially German and Spanish).
