Job description
In this context of hyper-growth and to support its national and international development, UNOWHY is looking for a Service Designer .
Reporting to the Product Department, your mission will be to support all business teams in understanding, evaluating and changing behavior on all of our products. You will also be responsible for helping the company to centralize user data from various sources and to feed the project teams with lessons from research.
Your missions will consist of:
User side:
- Identify, map and centralize user problems.
- Model user journeys on existing applications and on future services: SQOOL, Hi SQOOL and new web experience.
- Manage interviews with users, tests and feedback.
Project side:
- Make opportunities emerge from observations and develop value propositions thanks to feedback, forward-looking and anticipatory approaches.
- Map and analyze the various points of contact of a global system for our users and assess the impacts for the company: Distance education, teacher-student sharing and collaboration, Logistics process for the distribution of terminals in establishments.
- Choose the methodology and conduct qualitative and quantitative interviews in partnership with PM, PO, Designers.
- Set up tools for organizing user knowledge among the different entry points.
Collaboration & technical aspect:
- Develop cross-functional collaboration with field project managers, field product managers, business product managers.
- Map and analyze the processes, technical or specialized operations of products with stakeholders with the right expertise
- Coordinate with PM, PO and Designers the prioritization of user problems to make them roadmap subjects.
- Keep up to date with best practices through technical and scientific monitoring in all disciplines involved in digital education.
Required profile
- BAC + 5 – Graduated from a Design School: (ex: Strate, Gobelins, HETIC…).
- You have an interest in the digital education sector and you will contribute to the creation of innovative services for education, your role will be key in our growth.
- You have a background in science and ethnography, you have strong analytical, synthesis and restitution skills.
- You have good communication skills.
- You have between 3 and 5 years minimum experience in Service Design within an entity concretely applying a user-centered design approach.
